A web resource to accompany the book
At certain points in the margins of the text book there are Webcodes. These are links from the text of the book to web pages. Entering the webcode in the box will take you to the web page associated with that webcode. As well as webcodes for exercises and points in the text there are also more general webcodes for the chapters.
